We at the Hotel Feldwebel we are focusing on quality and tradition. Our offer ranges from typical Tyrolean cuisine to high-end culinary delights - there is something for every taste. Of course, also traditional dishes are on the menu, such as Tyrolean liver or the Feldwebel "Pfandl". Additional to our menu we also offer exquisite wine, coming from the vineyard Johann Hagmann from Langenlois, where Markus has its roots.

Awareness for our environment and our very own health is present at all times, thus it is a very personal matter for us to serve balanced and nutritious dishes. Of course, all our products are of the best possible quality and are cautiously processed, with much care for detail.

You prefer to eat Vegetarian dishes or suffer from a Gluten intolerance? Of course, you can nevertheless spend your holidays with us. Our cuisine at the Hotel Feldwebel is perfectly prepared for you! Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are marked on our menu - so you can choose from our offer your very own dietry options.

  • Every Monday: oven-fresh "Ripperl" with corn cob and oven potatoe
  • Every Thursday: Knuckle of pork with sauerkraut and roasted potatoes
  • Every Sunday: crusty roast with bread dumplings and sauerkraut
