If something unforseen happens, and you cannot spend your holidays with us as planned, the General Terms for Austrian Hotel Businesses applies (AGBH - allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie) , which we have altered concerning the cancellation terms to your advantage as follows.

All stated prices are to be understood in EURO, per person and day, incl. half-board
EXCLUDED
Our prices are valid excluding city tax: € 2,50 per person/night
(children up to 15 years of age do not have to pay city tax)
Single room surcharge: € 25,00 per night
If you wish to book bed & breakfast only, please notify us when undertaking your reservation. We deduct € 15,00 per person/night from our half-board prices. Packages are only bookable with half-board. We do not refund unconsumed services.
For stays up to 3 nights: € 5,00 per person/night
On your day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room until 10 am.
On your day of arrival you can check into your room from 2 pm onwards.
Unfortunately we cannot welcome pets.
In order to offer comfort and well-being for all our guests, our entire restaurant and dining area are non-smoking areas. Our lobby as well as all our hotel rooms are non-smoking areas as well. You are of course welcome to smoke on your balcony.
With the publication of our new price list, all other prices lose their validity. Price changes, printing errors as well as offer changes excepted.
You can pay your bill in cash, with EC card, Visa and Mastercard (credit cards).
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee special room and/or floor preferences.
